New sod can make a huge difference in not only the appearance of a home, but in the health benefits to your family and control of drainage and erosion issues around a home. A thick lawn can contain up to 6 turf grass plants per square inch, which equals 850 plants per square foot, or about 8 millions plants on average in a lawn of 10,000 square feet. A single grass plant can have up to 387 miles of roots, which help trap dust and dirt. Grass is estimated to trap approximately 12 million tons of dust and dirt from the air annually. Smoke can also be trapped in part of the leaves of grass so that it does not re-enter the air we breathe. Other benefits of a healthy lawn are oxygen generation, erosion control, water conservation, and temperature modification. Turf grass can be improved through seeding, plugging, or sodding of many types of grasses.

We can renovate the landscape by removing old shrubs, designing new beds, installing top soil, installing borders, and mulching (in various colors) or installing pine straw depending on your specific ideas.
